Renewing your tier and what happens when it ends

Each tier lasts 30 days from the deposit that activated it. You can see the days left on the Gift merchants page.

Reminder

We send you a reminder 3 days before your tier ends, so you have time to renew.

How to renew

• Make one new deposit of at least your tier amount and a new period starts automatically.
• Deposit at least a higher tier amount to renew and move up at the same time.

When the period ends without renewal

• Your prices return to the normal store prices.
• Your account stays approved in the program, so you do not need to apply again.
• API keys stop working until you have a tier that includes the API again, then they work as before.
