How are partner commissions calculated and when are they added to my balance?

A customer counts as yours if they create their account through your link or enter your code when signing up. This link does not change afterwards.

Commission rates

• 5% of every completed order the customer places during the first 30 days after signing up.
• 1% of all their orders after that, with no limit on your earnings.

The current rates always appear in your partner dashboard and may differ for some partners under their own agreement.

Covered services

• Gift cards and game top-ups.
• eSIM.
• Virtual card issuing fees.

No commission is counted on deposits, withdrawals, transfers between users or card top-ups, on cancelled or refunded orders, or on orders placed before you were approved as a partner.

Protection period and payout

1. Each commission stays pending for 15 days from the order date to make sure it is not refunded.
2. It then becomes ready.
3. Ready commissions are added to your ScarabPay balance every Monday, and you get a notification with the amount.

To receive earnings, your account must be identity-verified and active. If it is not verified yet, your commissions are kept until you verify. You can use the balance on any service or withdraw it.
