Partner program rules and when a commission is cancelled

To keep the program fair, promotion must be legal and honest. The program is governed by the partner agreement you accept when you apply.

Prohibited practices

• False or misleading ads, or impersonating ScarabPay or its staff.
• Paid search ads on the ScarabPay name or trademark.
• Spam, or posting without permission in other people's groups and pages.
• Creating fake accounts or orders, referring yourself, or using automated sign-ups.
• Offering promises, prices or deals that ScarabPay has not announced.

When is a commission cancelled?

• If the order is refunded or cancelled, its commission is cancelled automatically.
• Commissions resulting from any breach of the rules above.

Repeated violations may lead to the partner account being suspended or closed. You can read the full agreement from the Agreement link in the income details window, and contact support with any question.
