Direct game top-ups

With a direct top-up, the credit goes straight to your game account using your player ID.

1. In Gift cards, choose the game and the top-up package.
2. Enter your player ID, and the server if asked.
3. Double-check the ID and tap buy.

When the order completes, its status shows Completed and the credit reaches your game account.

Why a top-up can fail

• The player ID or server is wrong.
• Your game account's region isn't supported for this product.
• Your game account is temporarily restricted from purchases — contact the game's support.
• An earlier order is still processing — wait a little and try again.

If the top-up doesn't complete, the amount goes back to your balance.
