Gift card order status

• Processing: we're preparing your order. It usually takes under a minute and the page updates by itself.
• Completed: the code is ready, or the direct top-up is done.
• Under review: the order needs an extra check. We'll update it soon, and if it can't be completed the amount goes back to your balance.
• Refunded: the order wasn't completed and the amount went back to your balance.

If your order stays in processing for a long time, tap Refresh on the order page, or contact support with the order number.
