How long does it take, and what do the statuses mean?

The expected time is shown next to each receive method when you choose it. A transfer can sometimes take longer because of checks or the receiving side's working hours.

Statuses

• Under review: we received your request and are checking it; the amount is held from your balance.
• Processing: the transfer is on its way to the recipient.
• Completed: sent; the transfer slip and receipt are ready.
• Rejected: the full amount and fee go back to your balance.

You get an app notification and an email at every change.
