Not enough balance at renewal or upgrade

Billing name or address doesn't match

Which ScarabPay card should you use?
Virtual
ElevenLabs renews your plan from the saved card every month or year and charges it again whenever you upgrade. A reloadable virtual card stays on file, and you simply add USDT before each charge.
Lite
Lite is single-use. It could cover the first payment, but the renewal and any later upgrade would be declined, so it is not a good fit for an ElevenLabs subscription.

Frequently asked questions
Can I use ElevenLabs audio in monetized YouTube videos or podcasts?
According to ElevenLabs, paid plans include a commercial license (features in beta are excluded), while content made on the free plan cannot be used commercially and needs attribution. Check their terms for the specific product you use.
Do API requests use the same credits as the website?
Yes. ElevenLabs deducts credits from your account when you call its API with your key, so scripts and apps spend the same balance you see in the dashboard.
What happens if I upgrade in the middle of the month?
You pay the new plan's price right away and a new billing cycle starts that day. Your unused credits move over to the new plan's quota.
Do unused credits carry over to next month?
If you stay on the same paid plan, unused credits roll over, capped at about two cycles' worth. They are lost when you downgrade or cancel, at the end of the cycle.
Can I pay for a yearly ElevenLabs plan with the virtual card?
Yes. Choose yearly billing on the Subscription page and load the card with the full annual amount shown at checkout before you confirm.
