Freezing and unfreezing a card

Freezing pauses a card without closing it, and its balance stays the same. Use it if you suspect a transaction or aren't using the card for now.
- In Virtual Cards, open the card.
- Tap Freeze card and confirm.
- To turn it back on, tap Unfreeze card.
CarefulAny payment attempted on a frozen card is declined and counts as a decline strike on the card. Unfreeze before paying, and see the decline policy.
