Topping up a card

- In Virtual Cards, open the card you want to top up.
- Tap Recharge card.
- Enter the amount and review the top-up fee and total.
- Confirm.
The amount is taken from your wallet balance and usually reaches the card within moments.
Top-up being confirmed
Sometimes a top-up needs extra time to confirm. The amount is held from your balance and we notify you as soon as it completes. Don't repeat the top-up while you wait.
NoteSingle-use cards can't be topped up. For minimums, maximums and fees by card type, see the card fee policy.
Tip: top up enough to cover the whole payment before you pay — paying with too little balance counts as a declined payment.
