How do I withdraw my balance?

You can withdraw your balance to any wallet or exchange that supports the selected token and network. Before you withdraw:
- Your account must be verified.
- You must have set a withdrawal PIN.
Steps
- From the menu, open Withdrawal.
- Choose the token and network.
- Paste the address of the wallet that will receive the funds.
- Enter the total amount to take from your balance, and review the network fee and the amount you'll receive.
- Enter your withdrawal PIN and confirm.
After you confirm, the request goes into review and is then sent to the network. An accepted request doesn't mean the funds have arrived yet — we email you when it completes, with the transaction ID.
Check the address and networkNetwork transactions can't be reversed. Copy and paste the address instead of typing it, and make sure the receiving platform supports the selected network.
