Saved recipients, PIN and verification

Saved recipients

After each transfer the recipient is saved. Next time, when you choose the same country and method, tap them to fill in the details. To remove one, long‑press it in the app. Saved recipients are shared between the app and the website.

Withdrawal PIN

Every transfer is confirmed with your withdrawal PIN, plus your Google code if two-step verification is on. If you have no PIN yet, the app asks you to create one.

Identity verification

You may be asked to verify your identity before sending an international transfer. A clear message tells you when this is needed.
