We will never ask for
- Your password, one-time code (OTP) or two-factor code.
- Your withdrawal PIN.
- Your full card number or CVV.
- Gift card codes you bought.
- Any payment to activate your account or fix a problem.
Official channels
Our official contact channels are listed only on the support page. Check any account claiming to be ScarabPay against that page.
Signs of a scam
- A message that rushes you or threatens to close your account.
- A link to a sign-in page on a domain other than scarabpay.com.
- Offers to double your balance or guaranteed profits.
