Deleting your account

Before you delete

• Withdraw any remaining balance from your wallet.
• Close your active cards.
• Wait for any pending eSIM, gift card or withdrawal orders to finish.

How to delete

In the app: open Account, then Delete account, and confirm. Your account is closed right away.

By email: send a message from the email on your account to [email protected] with the subject "Delete my account". We complete the request within 30 days.

What happens to your data

• Your account is closed and you can no longer sign in.
• Your personal data is deleted or anonymized within 30 days.
• Records the law requires us to keep, such as transactions and verification records, are kept for the required period and then deleted.
